Sekandar Maihanyar, the President of the Social Association of Journalists at North of Afghanistan, met with the Head of the Balkh Information and Culture Department.

Sekandar Maihanyar, the President of the Social Association of Journalists at North of Afghanistan, met with the Head of the Balkh Information and Culture Department.

During the meeting, both sides discussed on further coordination and agreed to pave the way for training opportunities for journalists in Balkh.

Mr. Maihanyar, called for the cooperation of the Information and Culture Department in developing the free activities of journalists and medias in Balkh.

Meanwhile, Zabihullah Nourani, the Head of the Balkh Information and Culture Department, promised that he will work with the media closely to keep media`s free activities in Balkh.

He also mentioned his department will pave the way to launch training and professional programs for journalists.
